DS 3032 and Ds 230

Dear Members

My wife has received her DS 3032, I need clarification on following things

1- Will only principal applicant sign the DS 3032

2- How much time usually one can have in sending Ds 3032 and receiving Ds 3032

3- Who will sign DS 230 for my 1yrs old daughter

4- When civil documents like (police cert....etc) will be required, will they have to be send along with DS 230 to NVC?

5- And about Police cert I have some extensive residential history somwhere i lived for 7 month and some whre for 2yrs, for what period of stay in a locality will I have to provide police certf

plz reply those who have right information on the issues

Waseem, be warned ...

The way that the NVC website reads, it seems like you send the AOS stuff, then send in the DS-230 Part I and Part II at a later date when informed to do so.

However, we sent in our AOS stuff, then got an RFE because we had failed to send in the DS-230 Part I and Part II and all the other documents.

We sent the forms and docs back in mid-June, they didn't get onto the system until July 9th, and it will be 8 weeks on Friday since they "resumed processing" and we have had no updates yet.

So, file both your AOS, the DS-230 Part I and Part II and the supporting document at once or get into the RFE loop nightmare.
