IR5 - Petition for Parents

I am US Citizen, I applied for my parents in April and the NOA1 date for both applications are 03/08/2010. I got the NOA2 approval for my father on 06/28/2010 but unfortunately still I didn't receive any approval for my mother's application. next week will be exactly 6 months from NOA1 and still her case has not been even touched yet. Does any one have the same experience for long time waiting for approval? Is any March file maker who didn't approved yet too?

You should call USCIS and tell them that you are past the 5 months waiting period.You should get an approval in teh next couple of days.

Thanks for your reply, I called USCIS last week, they accepted that it's already too late. They told me that they will follow up with a case but it's already a week passed and still no update on my case.I am just wondering what's going on ?!!

The People are just SLOW... USCIA received the 2 I-130s (mom/dad) on March 3, 2010 and I received the Approval notice on June 28, 2010 like the one you got for your mom. They approved the both of ours on the same day. I Really wish they'll hurry up your case so that you can get the NVC issue stage the same.
