Wouldn't the answer be B) Status as Permanent Resident? Please clarify if any of you know why you should put I130 instead, because we answered B when we submitted way back in March, and if this is holding it up I want to rectify asap!

Interview: 03/02/2011, rescheduled for 07/22/2011 as hubby is deployed

We actually filled in both our G325As with the box stating "Status as Permanent Resident" checked off and had no issues at all! As I interpreted it both forms are being submitted with reference to the same petition so they should match. I should note we submitted out petition prior to discovering VJ. Most posts on VJ will recommend checking other and marking I-130 but we had no problems with the way we filled ours in.
