Correct, as not all people on the 'left' are what you would call environmentally-conscious.

We should avoid political labels when it comes to the environment, although certain ideologies prefer, statistically speaking, to not be educated about that same topic.

Considering Obama has been more fiscally irresponsible in less than two years than Bush wasin 8 years, your point is moot. BTW, the economy was never an issue for the Left until 2008. Most liberals only wanted to talk about Gitmo, the Patriot Act and the Iraq War during the bulk of Bush's tenure. They didn't have to much of choice as they help and the GOP fouled up the housing market.

Sorry, no. That doesn't explain the assertion, as it relies on "projections" instead of records, presents easily manicured info without contextual analysis of the reasons behind the spending (hi there recession!), and is published by a proudly conservative website rather than a nonpartisan data-centric source. We're looking for proof that Obama has exercised more fiscal incompetence in his first two years than Bush did in his entire tenure. But thanks for playing.

Demanding sources to disprove your assertion without providing any sources yourself is more than a little hypocritical.

Try to recall that most membetrs of Congress tned to be more loyal to the White House when their party controls the White House. It's silly to assume the GOP members of Congress were going to be more independent of the WH than the Democrats are of the Obama White House now. I don't hear you demanding the Dems repudiate Obama now. Why?

Here's your metric I doubt you had a class specifically on the American government. Bush had only a single veto when the GOP controlled Congress during his first six years. He had 11 vetoes in his last two years with the Dems running things. So far Obama has had one veto with the Dems running things but that will surely change if the Dems lose control of Congress.

There is also no time context, although one can clearly see at the end of the 'look how clean the Beck rally was' video an 8 foot tall 5 feet wide or so bag of garbage, this the video is clearly post cleanup.

Might be some reason to question what each video is actually proving. No reason to question the assumptive drivel the Beck heads keep railing on about though!

Did you fail to notice the huge pile of garbage at the end of the Beck rally indicating the footage was post cleanup? Of course you did. Why? OKay maybe you are right, for the Obama crowd the wind blew all the trash into the park before it even started and for the Beck Crowd the wind blew it in neat piles after the event.

Actually I am thinking there were two forces at play here which helped develop these two different outcomes.

1. Becks Crowd had nice weather, which leads to a mood of picking up stray trash.

2. Beck had a "Small Government" minded crowd which leads one to "take responsibility" for your areas while Clearly the Obama Crowd is "Big Gov" minded.....they naturally assumed it was someone else's job.

The video of the post Beck rally is clearly post clean up, and for all we know Danno that clean up was done at tax payer expense by park workers. I realize you are logic challenged so putting it to you short and sweet.

Sorry, I'm not always getting alerts when there's a relevant post (I could probably investigate my settings, but I'm lazy). I just asked you to support your assertions. If you don't want to do it, say so. You've said it's about the policies. I have no rebuttal to your analysis of votes and vetoes. Or my rebuttal goes: Okay.

My original point has been elucidated and repeated, but you've not responded to it. You say you agree the Obama backlash has been harsh. Okay. I say it's been outrageous, and completely out of proportion to his deeds. That Bush was a #######, but that we didn't have a nationwide uprising with all kinds of scary #######. I say the scary ####### has to do with racism. I expect you, if you disagree, to show me that the backlash is proportional, that it makes sense in the context of a routine pendulum swing, and that it's an honest response to the real acts of the current president. Again, you've said it's about the policies. I don't think that cuts it. Not even close.
