If you don't email - you don't email - so you show up with other evidence.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

e-mailing each other is not a requirement.

Focus on primary evidence like hotel receipts, bording passes, passport stamps, etc

Good luck

hi to all vj members

my fiance and i really don't email each other and the only evidence of relationship we have are pictures, phone bills, letter and cards. would that be a problem having no emails at the interview?

thank you

We didn't either and we did not use passport or arrival stamps , just photos all dated and signed on the back and where it was taken and a letter from my fiance telling how we met and we both signed it and 2 affadavits from friends and business associates who knew us and about our relationship. One of our friends had her affadavit stamped and everything by a JP . They did not ask for anything else like stubs and phone bills.

Hope this helps and we also got one from the management from our apartment building just stating how long my fiance had lived there and about meeting me and knowing of our wedding and so on. As long as it is in letter form and if they can use business letter heads it helps mopre professional.

Updating your timeline and info like beneficiary country would help people answer questions for you a lot easier. Different countries do things different and require different evidence
