Hi everyone! Newbie here applying for a K-1 visa for my fiance back in Taiwan. Looking forward to sharing my story, getting help, and giving it back.

Looking over the general info and FAQ, I'm just trying to make sure what SHE needs to fill out and send to me when I am assembling the I-129F packet.

1)She needs to write an original statement certifying the intent to marry within 90 days of entering. She needs to sign it.

2)G-325A filled out, signed and dated.

3)One passport type photo

Am I missing anything I need from her at this point?

Thanks everyone!

Make sure she writes her name on the back of the passport photo.

Other than that, there isn't anything else you need from her at this point.

any supporting evidence she might have of you two having met in the past 2 years. I dunno if you just went to visit her, or if she's come here at all. if she has, have her send copies of her airline ticket stubs :)

good luck! we're still waiting on our NOA2 :)

Thanks. I think she has some ticket stubs from this past time she came to visit. That should be included? So you're saying copies of them or the actual ones? I thought she would bring them to her interview. But it's okay for me to send them in and for her to bring them?

Ok great, thanks!

send copies for the initial petition. just to prove that you guys have met within the past 2 years. even though you already have copies of your tickets, the more info you can send the better. leave no doubt in their mind ;) remember not to send originals of anything in your package that isn't supposed to be signed, IE: copies of birth certificate, tickets, ect.

when she goes for her interview, she'll need to take the originals.
