Guys, please help me to check below If I miss anything so I can include it. Your great help is higly appreciated!!!

***Financial Documents/Evidence of Support****

From: Karen's Blog :-)_VJ Member 070809

=You need SIX basic things to complete this evidence to "substantiate the I-134."=

1. The two-page I-134 form, completed by your Fiancé and notarized.

2. US Federal Income Tax Return or Form 1040. I found that this has different versions, depends on whether your Fiancé completed his form manually or electronically.

3. Wage Statement or Form W2.

4. Employment letter stating salary.

A signed letter from your employer listing you job title, start date, your salary, and the status (full-time) of your position

5. Bank statement.

6. Pay stubs. Although not part of the requirement, it has been suggested many times as supporting docs . (Most Recent pay stubs)

(Reminders, because these are very important files, please do make it a point to photocopy, he also scanned all these documents)

=========================================================================================

***Additional Supporting documents***

1. Original and updated letter of intent to marry

(This will be similar to the letter you provided with the I-129F, but dated much closer to the interview (it will have most likely been several months since you submitted your I-129F).)

2. Copy of fiancé passport with stamp and Boarding pass

3. Copy of airline ticket

4. Copy of NOA1 and NOA2

5. Letters received from your fiancée including envelope with postal stamp.

6. Copy of engagement receipt

7. A copy of the entire I-129f package (that you made when you sent the petition in) and a copy of information that you sent back due to an RFE (if you received one).

PLS. CHECK ABOVE IF THAT'S OK OR IF I FORGET ANTYHING!!! :help:

Wow you have to send on more than we did but your 2nd approval has to go to NVC first and a case number be assigned and then forwarded to your fiancee's embassy.

My fiance in USA did not send tax returns as that is on AOS after we get married, but he did have to send to me 134 original with ink signature, proof of employment, full time or part time, starting date and so on, salary, bank deposits for last year, and recent balance, date bank account opened, proof of relationship, photos (5) dates and places and signed on back, letter of intent and about relationship, copy of passport, (biography page)no airline ticket cause you don't know when she/he will get visa, they will have 129f package as is sent over from USCIS to fianc'e embassy.

The rest I am not sure of as each embassy is different to what they want. Pay slips mmm not sure they just need the salary and work documents to make sure fiance is receiving regular wage to support you.

Thats just my take on it as have just been through all this 129f with Australian consulate.

Good luck

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month

I would only add that the I-134 and the new letter of intent need to be signed in blue ink (so, no scanned or faxed copies). Also if either of you was married before, you should have the certified copies of the divorce decrees! I, the beneficiary, also needed Police Clearance from places I lived in for more than 1 year. Maybe it's the same in the Philippines... Congrats again!

Dont forget to sign what needs to be signed, use current editions of the forms and make copies for yourself after putting together your package. Good luck!

The OP makes reference to 'Karen's Blog, and that the I-134 needs to be notarized. The I-134 does not have to be notarized as stated in the 'Execution of Affidavit' section of the I-134 instructions.

"... You must sign Form I-134 in your full name. (Note: Signing Form I-134 is under penalty of perjury under U.S. law). For this reason, it is not necessary to sign Form I-134 before a notary, nor to have your signature notarized after you sign it."

Although it does not hurt to do this, you may incur unnecessary additional expense. Also, there is not a place on the Form I-134 for a notary to stamp and sign.

Just my thoughts, John
