How exactly should the co-sponsor answer questions 10 and 11 on the I-134?

My father is co-sponsoring us. On his I-134, how should he answer question 10, "I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of the following person(s). If none, state "None."? Since I was the petitioner, does he put "None," or does he put my fiance's name and under relationship say "fiance of daughter"?

And for question 11, I know he should check "I intend," but does anyone know the preferred wording for the London embassy? I've read on the forums that maybe he should say "I INTEND TO SUPPLEMENT FOOD, HOUSING, ETC. AS OR WHEN NEEDED." Is this right?

Thanks for your help.

Sorry, just found the wording on the London wiki:

"I intend to provide whatever sums necessary to ensure the beneficiary does not become a public burden."

Still need help for how to answer question 10, though!
