3 questions about G 325 application

Hi all again!

My wife is filling form G-325 and asking me about some questions but i dont know the answer eather.

1. Last question on form G-325 is : "Print your name and ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER......"

She off course does not have ALIEN REG NUMBER because she has never been in US before so what she should answer?

2. There is a question:

" This form is submitted in connection with application for: ... STATUS AS PERMANENT RESIDENT 2. OTHER-SPECIFY "

IS it ok if she check "other" answer and then specify I-130 ??

3. On right upper corner of G325 application there is a box saying " FILE NUMBER A _______ " ... What is that?

1. N/A would apply here

2 . "other - I130 petition" would work

3. We put n/a here too

1) Just print the name and put N/A for the A-number there;

2) Other: I-130 Petition;

3) We put N/A there too.
