My fiancée is in the US and we want to get required vaccinations for the adjustment of status. Where are the vaccination requirements documented? The Vaccination Document Worksheet attached to the completed medical exam form DS-2054 is completely blank. Thanks.

Well when you had your medical to come to US you should have been asked to provide form your local doctor what vaccinations you have had and the medical doctor would have asked as well and given you what you needed.

I am sure I read here somewhere and I will find it for you if you google vacinations for immigration it will tell you the exact ones you need if you have not already had them

http://www.cdc.gov/m...munization.pdf. found it this should help you ok

When my wife came over, she did not have a copy of the records from the visa medical exam over there. Only her personal medical records, contaning the vaccinations. But they were in Russian and useless to the doctor over here. So I had to pay for blood work to prove all her vaccinations were current. Now when her son comes over, I won't make that same mistake and will ask for a complete copy, in english, of his medical exam.

I would have thought the required vaccinations were determined during the medical exam. But, if they were, they were not documented in her medical exam forms.

Don't the vaccination requirements vary with the person, their history, and country they're from? Who decides what is needed in each individual case? I don't understand our next step.

Yes they do it i all determined by the doctor at time of medical, and goes on age and history, so I don't know why she was not given that. Can you not contact the doctor she went and saw for her medical for interview.
