I am an August 2010 AOS filer and would want to ask all of you guys who filed their AOS in the month of August 2010 to post your timeline

AOS sent through USPS express - Aug 19, 2010 I-485, I-131, I-765 for K1 and I-485, I-131 for my K2

Delivered in Chicago Lockbox - Aug 20, 2010

Hey filipinay and newlywed Congrats on filing !!!

I was hoping to be an August filer, but it looks like 1st week in September for Olga and I.

I have a question for you tho' ....... on the 485 it asks " current USCIS status " .... I am drawing a complete blank as to what to write in the space ..... K-1 , I-94 , Married , applying for AOS ???? what did you guys write ????

from your timeline I see that you still have many days left on your I-94. I'd say that "K-1 visa holder" is the best option.
