My interview date will be on September 17. I just got the email yesterday. I went to my Doctor and ask my Vaccination records and she told me that they don't have the records already because they lost it. What should I do and what should I need to bring for my medical exam?

I am planning to have my medical exam on September 2 and 3 at St. Lukes.

Please help me..... :help:

Hi there....well you can check my information regarding the medical....Medical records are important but if you cant provide, dont stress yourself with that. If you dont have the immunization, not to worry, they will be the one to give that dose for you, remember, its FREE. Goodluck!!!
