Is anyone got intend to denil and got approved?

A Notice of Intent to Deny means your case WILL be denied unless you do something to stop it. If you sit on your hands and ignore it then the next notice is going to state that you are in removal proceedings, and give the date for your master hearing.

You must respond to the notice or you're going to end up in deportation. You have a limited amount of time to respond. If you don't know what you're doing, then hire a good immigration lawyer - FAST!

A letter of intent to deny is not an RFE. They send an RFE when they need more evidence to make a decision. A letter of intent to deny means the decision has already been made, and they've decided you lose. The letter of intent gives you one last chance to try to persuade them that they're wrong. Hopefully, your attorney had some powerful new evidence to respond with. Otherwise, the odds of overcoming the denial at this stage are not good at all.
