Hey everyone

I just realized I made a mistake on form DS156... where it asks for my home address it asked me to list it and also state, country and zip code... so I put it all there and then again it says Country zip code and state so I put them there again without thinking!.. and then when I print it off.. the country state and zipcode were listed twice.. like

my adress, state, Venezuela 5002 state Venezuela 5002 ..

do you think I will have a problem with that???? I KNOW such a stupid mistake.. and I did the same with my fiances address :(

Hey

Yeah I can't redo it, it is an online form and creates a bar code so I don't think there is a fix, still I was very concern it was gonna be an issue... :(

Should be a non-issue. There is some intelligence at the Embassy. Send a corrected one to your fiance for the interview.
