Hi !

i'd already got everything ready for the interivew.. i'd like you nice people help me check whether i've got everything ready. thanks a lot!

1. original & copy of my passports

2. original & copy of my i.d. card

3. 2 2"X 2" photos

4. original & copy of i-134 form

5. copy of 3 yrs' tax return

6. original & copy of fiance's employment letter

7. original & copy of his bank statement

8. copies of receipt of his stock

9. police cert (the police sent to the consulate directly)

10. medical report

11. x-ray (the clinic said that i dont need to bring to the interview though)

12. original & copy of my birth cert

13. original & copy of letter of intent (2 from both of us)

14. copies of G325a from both of us

15. copy of i-129f & supplement

16. passport copy & birth cert copy of fiance

17. pictures from our 6 meetings (including the ones in the most recent meeting which i didnt send them)

18. original/copies of air ticket receipts, hotel receipts, boarding passes, movies tickets...

19. original/copies of our cards, emails, yahoo messages

20. copies of our long distance phone bills

21. copy of RFE

22. copy of NOA2

23. copy of letters from US consulate HK

24. copy of DS156, 156k, 230 part 1/2

25. original/copies of certificates from the institutions that i'd attended

26. original/copies of my reference letter from my past employer, my bank statement, my tax returns

27. receipt of payment to the US consulate in HK

What about the Vaccination Supplement? You should also bring a copy to the USA with you - you will need it for the AOS (green card) process. Good luck

Just so there is no confusion: it's actually known as the DS-3025 vaccination worksheet. The vaccination supplement is only issued by approved civil surgeons in the United States.

Hi Sleepybears,

I think you have almost everything covered there is just one thing that I believe might be wrong or you wrote it wrong. The DS-156, DS-156K and maybe DS-230 should be original and you sign them in front of the CO/clerk in the Embassy. One of the DS-156 you took to the doctors but the other original should go to the Embassy. I hope this helps you good luck with the interview. :thumbs:

Hi kwacka,

Yeah thats really a lot of photocopying. But if you see that i'm from Hong Kong (which is a part of China now), I don't think it's such an easy task as the other countries like Canada & the UK. That's why I try to include as much evidence as possible (just in case they want them).
