Hi,

When we go for the interview, does it matter if my husband (US Citizen) has a State ID versus a drivers license? Cause when we moved to MD he only got a state ID.

I can't speak from personal experience, but I don't see that it would make a difference. A state ID is still a government issued identification. In my state, getting a drivers license or ID requires the same amount of proof (birth certificate, passport etc). So it should be plenty, but you can always call to verify ahead of time.

IT Matters Not. A State ID, State DL, US Passport.. Any US Issued ID will be acceptable.

A non-driving ID or a drivers license are both forms of picture ID issed by the government. NO, there will not be an issue. Nobody cares at the interview if your husband drives or not!
