What is the visa type for bringing my fiancee's siblings to the US to live? Does my fiancee need to wait to marry me and what status does she need to have here?

She and her siblings currently live alone, as their parents have passed away. The siblings are also under 21, if that matters.

Thank you.

Thank you.

sorry, she can't.

she has to be a USC (US citizen) to file for her siblings.

First, she has to take care of herself, marry you, get her GC then become a USC.

Once she is a USC, depending on what country they are from, it will take more than 9 years

Age doesn't matter, they can be under 21, over 21, unmarried or married. there is only one category for siblings.
