Hello

I have send my N-400 application way too early - about 3 months . My N-400 was returned to me for that reason .

Now - should i just send same application with the letter I-797 C ( explanation why my application wasn't approved ) ....or I should fill out a new one and send both of them ?

Please advice

Thx

Did they keep your money or did they just send the file back including the check ?

They send all back including the check

In that case you are a brand new application

Rather than change the date on the application, fill it in again on line and print it off.

To make sure your check is current, send a new check

You are a brand new application so no need to send the form back that they sent you to say they were returning your file...

hope you are inside the 90 now !

I sent mine at 88 days to make sure
