  • 10/02/2010: DS-3032 COA / ACL returned to NVC via e-mail
  • 10/04/2010: I-864 AOS status 'PAID'

I would guess lots of calls to NVC are silly and should not be made but people being what they are just clog down the system. Then those who have reasonable and legitimate issues have to wait because

Congrats SR... I am suprised they dont ask us to pose with our Case Numbers hanging below our chins as they take black and white fotos of us... Like criminals... :blink::lol: Hope your next few steps are speedy ones an that JD JR is on your tail...

Udpate: No Case number yet. They are saying they received my case on the 22nd and my case was approved on sep 16. So dont know when i will get a case number. GOD THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING.

Yeah we were also approved on Sep 16th and still haven't gotten an NVC number. Totally get what you're saying....feels like we have to poke and prod to get anywhere in this process!

This too shall pass.

It depends...for me and some others most recently it was about 3 weeks from case entered into AVR it may even be less...good luck to you!

How long does it take to get entered into the system? they received my IV package on monday. last week they received my AOS package and that was put into the system immediately. the other package it still says they are waiting for it.
