When we went through NVC last year we had the best luck getting through late at night. Good luck!

I would guess lots of calls to NVC are silly and should not be made but people being what they are just clog down the system. Then those who have reasonable and legitimate issues have to wait because

We fell in love 23 years ago!! LMBO....:dance: parents got in the way...but it was meant to be, I am finally his wife lol!!!

Last time I saw him was in July :( can't complain, for some people here it has been a long time!! that is soooo sad.. So let's hope for SEPTEMBER!!! it will be a happy monthe for many (i wish all)

wow mamamimi...we have a similar love life story. i've known the wife since i was a kid. and at a very young age....i was already really smitten over her back then. and then my family immigrated here to the U.S. didn't see her for almost 10 years and then went back home for college. didn't see her until a year after i arrived back home and from that first time we saw each other again....we just clicked. been together now for 16 years and married for 10. had the same problem as you too...when it came to family getting in the way. but all's well that ends well.

one of the 10 commandments states "love they neighbor"....so i married my childhood sweetheart/neighbor :P

Hey I was curious, does my wife need to wait for the NVC to update before she sends the email for the DS 3032 or can she send it now. we only got the case number 2 days ago.

Have her email it now Tony. Make sure she references your NVC Case number. Are you going to attach the form or email the VJ Template?

aaarrrgh! time restriction on editing post...me no likey. so i'll have to make this into another post.

but anyways...when i was on the phone with NVC rep the other day, they asked me for the boss's (wife :rofl: ) email address because she said they didn't have one on file for her. i told her that for the purpose of the petition, we'll be using the email address that's already on file. she didn't respond to my statement...so my question is, does a separate email address need to be on file with them? or one for both will do?

I am pretty sure she will need an email address. Just because if she doesnt have an email address, they will just mail everything to her. And consider the fact that we are talking about a government office. They never do things the easy way. So in my opinion, I would set up a new email account for her and give them that email address.

Yeap if she doesnt have one get her one. Its free and easy. She can always go to a cafe and get online.

I used the Templete. That has worked for everyone else and no signature requires just have it sent from the Benificiary. Or have it look that way. I would have an Original at the interview just incase they ask for it.

We are going to use the VJ template. why is it better scan the document and send it?

My husband did not have an email, or computer at home. My cousing set him up with a yahoo account and then from his email he sent the DS-3032. I put the letter on the body of the email, no attachement. It was sent as soon as I got NVC number and accepted at NVC..good luck!!!
