I would guess lots of calls to NVC are silly and should not be made but people being what they are just clog down the system. Then those who have reasonable and legitimate issues have to wait because

Hey guys! I called NVC today, DS-230 was just entered into the system today. I asked for the AOS yesterday, but the operator just gave me "the generic answer", 6-8 weeks. I wanted to know if there was any RFEs for the AOS, but she couldn't say just yet. Oh well. Hoping for no RFEs.... and a November interview!!! :lol::lol::lol:

12/22/09: I-130 receipt date (Sent by lawyer to CSC)

8/20:10: Approved/NOA2

9/03/10: NVC # generated, gave e-mail adds

9/08/10: Received IV/AOS fee bill

9/09/10: Paid AOS/IV

9/13/10: Mailed completed AOS, enetered into the system on 9/14

9/19/10: Mailed completed DS-230, entered into the system on 9/22

10/13/10: CASE COMPLETE!!!

04/06/11: Case upgraded from F2A to CR-1

05/03/11: Final review completed

05/17/11: Interview date scheduled!

05/20/11: Forwarded case to USEM

06/10/11: Interview - APPROVED!!!

Thanks I will, believe me! :D I'm just a worried about RFE for the AOS but I'm praying that everything is OK :) Good luck and hope u get and EARLY NOV interview! :)

Very nice. I am hoping that it moves this quickly for me as well. Dont have my case number yet :(

Check every day!! I got my case number on a saturday morning and I had checked Friday night around 9:30 pm you may get it tomorrow or Monday!!!

NOPE Just sitting here tapping my fingers and waiting!!!! Like everyone else. I dont care because we missed the Oct interview so I can wait till Nov and a letter doesn't buy me much... I figure they will send it second week in OCt,,,

Do you really think the end of November is possible? We have the same case complete date, so I would think we would have similar endings to our respective sagas. We would love to be together in November, but I've become so pessimistic about the whole process and I just don't know anymore.

Do you really think the end of November is possible? We have the same case complete date, so I would think we would have similar endings to our respective sagas. We would love to be together in November, but I've become so pessimistic about the whole process and I just don't know anymore.

I know the feeling and think everyone get s somewhat pessimistic after the length of Roller Coaster ride given to us. We start to feel that we will never get off, but I really do think NOV is possible. I think we just missed the Oct schedule because I saw folks with Completion dates of 9/10/10 get Appointment dates in OCT. Time will tell ...

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10
