Thanks Teya. Just waiting to get the case number so i can start the process right away. I have everything ready to go for the AOS package and just need the PCC for the DS230 package. Once i pay the bill and it shows paid. I should be able to send my AOS package right away. for DS230 package gotta wait a couple of more weeks. lets see if i can get december interview date

Not a problem john. I was just kidding :-) You may be in December interview list. Reg - PCC, Gujrat still needs to show the NVC RFE? Can't you proceed with PCC with IV Barcode sheet and the print outs of all other NVC details?

We're filing soonish - I may have mentioned before - but

I'm in China 6 months out of each year, to live with my wife. We are playing the 'wait for IR-1' game, and we not feel any rush to 'come to USA' . Soon though, will slam the huge file into the lockbox, see what happens... I'm also betting will be a big flush at USCIS after the FY rolls over..

Loto - re: twins business - prolly not - as it's much better to have the children in China than in USA - is totally different 'family support mechanisms' already in place for that time 'after birth'. We both agreed, regardless of visa status, to have our babies in China, and that I'd be there from about a week prior to birth, to the time we all get on the plane together. My business management is 99 percent remote anyway, my staff gets paid the same regardless of WHERE I AM...

Thankfully, though - it's not consecutive 6 months each year, or we'd be going crazy the other 6 months when we're apart.

Need that 2nd PCC for India? Can't get it without official government document to request it? HEY ! Keep on yer toes, make sure you gets a 'checklist letter' via email from NVC- the 2nd PCC is asked for, there, and is usually sufficient to 'show to the local office in India' to get the 2nd PCC.

Ok everyone. Here is my first question to the great ones here.

I had my wife change her name and get a new passport with married name. Today my case was approved with her maiden name. I plan on sending her old cancelled passport biographic page and the new passport biographic page. Also plan on filling out the DS230 and I864 with the married name. Do i need anything else with it?

The below is for johndoe. Darnell, Gujrat has specific rules for PCC. In my place, we can get both PCCs in couple of days time.
