AOS status is PAID also btw! It says it changed yesterday but it was waaay past my sleepy time!

Anyways, we are basically ready to send the packages but we are waiting on that letter and the stupid mail...

Isn't it frustrating when u depend on others?? Grrrrrr....

Kim11 fire that guy 2.5K for the USCIS?! thats crazy!!!! and he is asking for another 2K???! buy us muffins !!!

My husband did everything! and look where we are now, our case finish we are just waiting for the interview.... follow the instructions carefully and give a look at the LingCheng shortcuts? we used that...

Actually I think all this process is nothing from other world, is just about reading every paper and form carefully and lots of patience (but lots!!!!) for the wait I dont really think that hiring a lawyer speed the things up... think about it and do what you think is best for u....people here really are willing to help

I think we will. I knew nothing about the process when I filed for the I-130 and got the approval notice, which really scared me! But after reading the posts, and with all the help everyone here are giving me, I think I'll make it through alive.. Hopefully..

My lawyer is draining us! Hope you have enough patience for all my questions (most of 'em I think are stupid)..

OOOhhhh, just an update... Got the e-mail for LIVAOS fee bill.. `:dance:`:dance:Paid them both when I got home from work (11:30pm E.T., I was rushing to get out so I could talk to my husband and tell him the good news! ). I did a prelim run down of the documents my hubby's gonna send me (to make sure everything's in order), and we did a step-by-step review of the DS-230.

AOS should be all set (I hope), I got the Employment Verification from HR yesterday, but I think I'll ask her to do a new one 'coz she didn't put my full name in the letter. Pay stubs I will print at work. I have transcripts for 2007 and 2008, I'll make copy of 1040 for 2009, and all my W2s and 1099.

Hope I didn't miss anything in my AOS. Do I have to sign and put my case # to all the documents I'm sending, except I-864?

P.S. I haven't told my lawyer we're firing them. Any advice on how I could do that?

I think it's bedtime for me too. Still got to go to work tom.. zzzzzz.. hope my angel will let me sleep a little bit longer later..

So relieved to be joining you all here. Wow, 18 pages already? Just received an email to let us know that the USCIS have posted our NOA2, dated 8th September.

I'm in Australia and hubby is the USC. He's back and forth with deployments but has an open window of time at Christmas. We're currently trying to decide whether to book him tickets to come out to Australia for Christmas to be with me.

My opinion is, if he DOES book tickets, my visa will come before Christmas and the tickets won't be needed, but if he DOESN'T book tickets, dollars to donuts, my visa will be delayed till after Christmas and we'll be apart!

I'm hoping to see JohnDoe12 and all the other April filers joining me here NOA2 in hand very soon.

hi all...just have a few question about ds-3032.. just wondering if it is okay to print the ds-3032 that they generate for me, fill it up and sign it then scanned it on the computer as pdf file and sent it to them thru email, just in case they need the one with signature?

@russ and mary: We didn't have to send a DS3032, but as far as I know, you just use the template (Click here ) - copy/paste it into the body of the e-mail and send it...

You can write the email right on the body... That's what I did and I followed the template I found on VJ.

Just spoke to a very nice person at NVC and he informed me that my papers are still on review...check next week... the good thing no RFE so far!! Thank you Lord!!

Thats great Emily, I guess no news is good news. I can assume mine is in review also. I check the AVR and payonline and not any changes there. Maybe later in the week for me I will keep checking...
