I would guess lots of calls to NVC are silly and should not be made but people being what they are just clog down the system. Then those who have reasonable and legitimate issues have to wait because

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

Nothing here yet. Just called NVC, they haven't sent out AOS fee bill, IIN hasn't been generated. I think we're gonna fire our lawyer. They just told me Consular process (NVC and embassy) is not included in our current contract. They're asking for another $2k, we've already paid them $2,500 for I-130 application (we thought NVC process is included).

Sooo, we're gonna need lots of help from you guys for our NVC journey... plssss.. :P

I-130

12/22/09: I-130 receipt date (Sent by lawyer to CSC)

8/20:10: Approved/NOA2

9/03/10: NVC # generated, gave e-mail adds

9/08/10: Received IV/AOS fee bill

9/09/10: Paid AOS/IV

9/13/10: Mailed completed AOS, enetered into the system on 9/14

9/19/10: Mailed completed DS-230, entered into the system on 9/22

10/13/10: CASE COMPLETE!!!

04/06/11: Case upgraded from F2A to CR-1

05/03/11: Final review completed

05/17/11: Interview date scheduled!

05/20/11: Forwarded case to USEM

06/10/11: Interview - APPROVED!!!

Nothing here yet. Just called NVC, they haven't sent out AOS fee bill, IIN hasn't been generated. I think we're gonna fire our lawyer. Kim11 fire that guy 2.5K for the USCIS?! thats crazy!!!! and he is asking for another 2K???! buy us muffins :)!!!

My husband did everything! and look where we are now, our case finish we are just waiting for the interview.... follow the instructions carefully and give a look at the LingCheng shortcuts? we used that...

Actually I think all this process is nothing from other world, is just about reading every paper and form carefully and lots of patience (but lots!!!!) for the wait I dont really think that hiring a lawyer speed the things up... think about it and do what you think is best for u....people here really are willing to help :blush:

Anthony, you mean the photocopy of the documents mailed to NVC for AOS packet, same like IV package.

If yes, you don't have to do it. Photocopy is required only for IV package.

However, take entire set copies of AOS and IV to provide to the beneficiary during the interview time. It may not be needed. But, if NVC misses the originals, it is the option.

I'm not going anywhere it appears. Still waiting. Besides Tony I owe you a few beers... I hope to hear something in the next week or so about NVC competion. So far NADA, NOTHING, ZIP, ZILCH...and so it goes... :whistle::lol: The good new is NO RFE's todate so I have that going for me... :hehe:

Funny Jesal!!! Oh yes!!! I forgot!!!! That was part of my Anger Management classes :angry: which I was enrolled in. :blush: Plenty of spots left open. haha Didn't see any bears so that really upset me haha. Cant count on anything these days!!! Oh I did see a Copperhead snake. but it knew better. Now I am back in the saddle and the beat goes ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN....
