Sleepless,

you are among the forgotten, simple as that.

What a bullsh!t deal you have been delivered.

I am in your corner!!! Count on it!

Hopefully some drunken A$$ idiot in CSC will realize that you need an approval. Jiminy Christmas, 15 days in VSC, where is my shotgun? just kidding......

Roger that! That says it all, no!

Cheers "sleepless in OR"

You are loved and respected! Selamat Minum!

We will all see the end of the tunnel from hell!!!!! And damn soon!!!!!

yea, i have a killians or long island preference. I think the quiting from alcohol will now need to take a break.haha. Everyones welcome.

I can barely remember the time when I went to the gym daily, ate healthy and rarely drank anything. Now the only constants in my day are my severe back pain and the ever present bottle of tequila on the counter. Oh, and I've never smoked so much in my life - I seem to have forgotten that I quit.

what are these strange things you speak of, Kit? And whilst we're strolling down memory lane, I remember when I never used to f8* :P 8ing swear, either!!! By the Way William, I's so lodaed, I just noticed the new banner under your timeline, man!!!! YEAH!!!!

Maybe this is some new kinda twisted reality TV show and we just don't know we're on it yet??? William, I never sent copies of my passport pages with my first NOA. #######, I spose some ####### a88hole will want to send me another freakin RFE for that , too! :( CRRRAAAAAAPPPPP!!!!! :bonk:

Geez, now I just noticed the little banner under your avatar. YEAH!!! so how do you say FU in that Indonesian dialect you were talkin about earlier? :innocent::devil:

My heart is bleeding for you guys. I can't imagine the pain and disappointment many of you stragglers are experiencing. :( It is great you can joke about it all. What a travesty.

This is one club I am terrified J and I will some day perhaps belong to.

I realize we mere mortals are not meant to understand, or heaven forbid question, the wisdom of this process, but if the California Service Center is taking 6 months and longer to process K-1's and Vermont is taking 12 -15 days, why are the applications of multiple service centers no longer processing K-1's being sent to Cali??? Why not send them to Vermont for processing???

But that means things would be fair and efficient right? Oh no!!

Just playing with you.. but honestly, the approvals have been scattered all around, March's April's May's June's and July's and now one August... We've actually come up with a dartboard theory.

You can find some trends on VJ, but don't take it as the whole picture.

Don't be discouraged so soon, please!

Way too soon to be discouraged Iceyspots! But I do feel very sorry for the stragglers, and can hardly help at this stage wondering if our file won't one day wind up on the desk of the processor in California who appears to be sending a blow up doll to sit at his desk all day while he is off doing god knows what.

No one in the office notices because the blow up doll is now completely hidden by the pile of unprocessed K-1's which have now built up there!

I picture this clown's supervisor walking by daily, amazed at how much work this true gem of the office is willing to take upon himself. And the supervisor nominating him as 'Employee of the Month' for 6 months running!

One day my popcorn will be valuum and my cola everclear as I watch helplessly on the sidelines people in Vermont getting 2 week approvals while my application sits gathering dust at the desk of CSC's Employee of the Year!... :pop:
