So Sleepless, I am confused. So where do you stand exactly? Are you approved, "again" or no?

Are you in the twilight zone or what?

Help me to understand. Cheers Sleepless!!!

Yeah, still a little twilighty for my taste. I'd love to see something in writing. My congressman's aide says not to worry, he talked to liasons at both CSC and NVC, and they told him my petition had been reapproved and received at NVC last Tuesday. I called NVC Thursday and the operator said that the system didn't show that my file had come back from CSC yet, but she assured me that if my congressman had talked to someone who said it had, that it probably had, just doesn't show on the computer yet. I'll give it sa couple more days and call NVC again to try to confirm receipt and attempt to find out when it will go back to the embassy in Paris.:goofy::star: For now, I'm going to try go on faith and just BE HAPPY! :star:

I'm now at 160 days. The way we are being treated is outrageous. My RFE went MIA for a month - another CSC screw up. So from the looks of things I have at least another month to wait.

I could fly to the US and get married, bring my husband back here for direct consular filing and get a greencard before CSC finished their coffee break.

I mean what have they been doing since March? You would think all preliminary processing would have been complete (as their emails state) and that receiving the IMBRA RFE back was just the final check in the box. Why is it taking another 4-6 weeks.

Sorry, I know I'm stating the obvious - I have to vent occassionally. :(

Wow, 160 days? This is a mind boggling process.

Did you all finally get the RFE and return it?

It is my perception that CSC is re-focusing on March filers. You should be approved any day now.
