Should children of permanent residents mail their DS-230 to NVC or bring it with them to the interview?

It depends on instruction given on your consulate office. I would suggest call to your consulate office ask for it. You will get real answer besides make sure NVC add your child in the petition, other than what papper will bring to embassy.

Please add your info at your TIMELINE, so we can atleast know your case status.

Thanks

According to the guide for spouses found here, after the IV bill is paid, I have to mail in DS-230 with all the supporting evidence, like birth certificates, marriage certificates, etc. I've read elsewhere that children should not do this and they have to bring these documents and form DS-230 to the consulate already.

The question is, what happens to my case after the IV bill is paid, is it forwarded to the appropriate consular section at once, omitting the DS-230 sta
