your status shows you already filed your AOS (pending)...?

as far as the i-693, you dont fill it out, the dr does that. do you have a copy of a previous one (if you had one)?

you dont have timeline so dont know how you came over :time:

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

yes, although you came to the US with a K1 visa and you had your medical exam back home within 1 year, you still need to have the vaccinations rewritten on the I-693 chart.

It's basically a way to take some other $50 out of an intending immigrant's pocket, I don't see any other reason for that, but that's the law. I did it a few days ago myself.

oh yeah don't tell me, I know that part. unfortunately I've read of some (many) AOS applicants received an RFE because they didn't submit the vaccination chart of the i-693.

that's why it's very advisable to do that.

correct, you need the proof of vaccines. THAT is why they tell you to get a copy of your forms when you have your medical exam, becasue you will need them at AOS stage.

Oh.. sorry, I'm on F-1 ... just got married yesterday and I'm putting my paperwork together which is why there is no timeline.. but I will fill one out as soon as I get the process started :)

Yes you need to do the medical. The whole thing, not just vaccination part. Process will not really go anywhere if you don't send I-693. Why delay it more than necessary?
