I went to the website for the person who writes those "Ask the visa partner" things and saw they make a processing guide for the NVC. Does anyone know if it's more helpful than Jame's Shortcuts? The table of contents they show looks like there is a lot of information... Will I really need all of it?

The site's I am talking about:

Here's the link to the guide.

James Shortcuts can cut 6-8 weeks off the NVC process and saves you money ;) But if you feel that you need the assistance of an outside source to handle the NVC process for you then it could be of benefit.

Note: you will still have to collect and forward all the relevant infor and documents to the visa partner.

I would just like to clarify the Aussiwench is absolutely wrong. The guide I have written does not require any documentation to be sent to The Visa Partner. I wrote this guide for a Petitioner, Visa Applicant or thrid party to be able to manage the case themselves. My service would be in no way affiliated with your case processing if you purchase this guide.

I believe my 10-step processing guide to be worlds better than Jamie's shortcuts because you don't need to print out your own forms/fee bills. And as I pointed out in a previous "Ask" article, Jamie's shortcuts are good but not entirely accurate (and a little confusing for newbies). I hope people invest in this guide because I know it will answer a lot of questions - there is a bunch of supplemental info that I have collected and organized in the guide as well.

Keep an eye out for the next "Ask" article... I submitted it yesturday.

Best in your visa journey,

My apologies for confusing the issue between the guide that you offer for sale and the service that you offer in handling and being a case manager for those going through NVC when I said that one would still be required to collect and send info and documentation.

James shortcuts have worked for many many members in saving time during the NVC process. We realise there is updates that need to be done since the final rulings with the I-864 and this is being addressed.

It is also against the TOS to be soliciting business ;)

I apologize if you took my previous clarification as a solicitation. Please also keep in mind that my post had no links or email addresses of any kind. I only intented to correct the misinformation you presented in your previous post and offer the explaination FirstLady requested for how my guide is different/beneficial.
