Well three things using the common logic:

(1)>>They had RFE for the first application so instead sending the RFE they filed the new I-129F which brough up the data of first I-129f and that speeded upi the process

(2) If the case is approved within this impossible miraclous time then i am wondering embassy would be little reluctant to issue the visa because they can put the application on AR any time.

(3) I would be pissed off at the damn USCIS if any application is approved before other application which were filed at the same date and having a crystal clean background.

The timeframes are neither miraculous nor uncommon from VSC. This is how so many petitions were approved erroneously, forwarded to consulates and then were recalled due to IMBRA.

Praise God for all this!!!!I can't believe it!!!!

I wasn't going to post this, as you can see earlier I had second thoughts and pulled back, but I will risk becoming an outcast. I just think it is a little insensitive for a quick approval being attributed to divine intervention. I have seen this postulated on a few posts lately. Logically, and my logic may be convoluted :D, the posters are implying that they have been deemed more worthy then others.

I’m not trying to demean a person’s faith, but I have found this board invaluable in navigating this Byzantine process. As a consequence, I bear witness to expressions of agony, frustration, and bewilderment, by those who have been caught in an unseen bureaucratic vice. I can't imagine what they are thinking when they read a post like this.

To the OP, it may be naive of me to hope you don’t see this as a personal attack it was not meant to be, but unfortunately your post was the one that broke the proverbial camels back. I sincerely congratulate you, and hope you have a bright future. I am writing this as a food for thought, and for those who disagree with me to set me straight :)

Take care

Jay

What I wouldn't do to be dealing with the VSC instead of the CSC...I'm literally green with envy!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

January 2004: Met Laurent at the Bibliothèque nationale in Paris

February 2004: We became an actual couple

January 29th, 2006: I left France to return to the United States--AWFUL to say goodbye!

June 2006: Finally convinced Laurent that a K-1 visa would be more time-effective than trying to get an H-1

August 1st, 2006: The K-1 petition is finally in the mail and on its way to Nebraska...WooHoooo!! And yes, I remembered to attach the check! :-)

August 3rd, 2006: USPS online tracking shows that my petition (sent certified) was received at the NSC at 5:05am

August 14th, 2006: NOA1 received USPS!! (I-129F recv'd at CSC: 8/4; NOA date: 8/10; last touched: 8/11)

October 2nd, 2006: I MISTAKENLY thought we had an approval...False alarm...Back to waiting...

October 3rd, 2006: TOUCHED!!

October 4th, 2006: REALLY AND TRULY APPROVED!!! Email notification lists 10/3 as the NOA2 date.

Later that same day: TOUCHED...AGAIN! Hope that means I'm in a cozy box and moving to NVC this week...

October 10th, 2006: Received official NOA2 via snail mail.

October 19th, 2006: Case received at NVC!! AWESOME!!

October 20th, 2006: Case forwarded to Paris!! DHL says two shipments were headed that way. Must be in there somewhere...

October 27th, 2006: Received official receipt letter from NVC via USPS.

Relax people. He probably just returned the RFE and she thinks he had to re-file. Question:

Is it not possible for Vermont to return to its old speedy approval rate? Is there any indication what the service center approval times are now for people who have filed since March 6, used the new I-129F, answered everything properly and had no RFE?

We serve a mighty God, in Him ALL things are possible. Congrats, and God Bless !

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Mang!!! You guys are really hating on this guy. Just be happy for the lady and pray that yours is approved quickly too. If she lied about it, well that's nobody's problem but hers. There is nothing impossible and as a matter of fact i think i've seen something similar to this post b/4.

If your claim is true, i say Congratulations and God bless !!!
