I-129F sent back??

Hey guyz! I'm not sure what this means so I would appreciate any help...

We got our I-130 and I-129F approved on the 16th of Aug and I'm just not sure if this e-mail is just to inform us that the K3 is being closed Any opinions???

Interesting. On 2 fronts. 1 it seems as if a document has been produced and they are sending it to you (random since you aren't anywhere need getting the GC yet) and 2 - it says for Alien Fiance!

I suggest you call the number you gave them and sort this out

i'm convinced was a 'mis-mail'

as you don't qualify for anything mentioned in that email.

I agree with u on the first point, but on the second - that's just the name of the form. The I-129F is sent after/with the I-130 for a K3 visa But I'll take ur advice and call the number...

Well, we already got our NOA2 in the mail.. Hubby talked to USCIS Customer Service and the lady said that our cases ARE being forwarded to the NVC, but apparently the USCIS are sending us SOME documents... And the "slow-response" attorney said that there is nothing to worry about... yeah, it's a good thing he said it before I had the stroke...

Hey, maybe they ARE sending you the actual green card.

Congressman (or his asst.) + Active Duty = Instant Results!!!

No reason to be pessimistic... and don't underestimate the sway "active duty" tag holds these days

Well, you will probably find out for sure in a few days anyway ... hope for the best!

The thing is, when we log in to the USCIS website and put it both receipt# it doesn't give us ANY status - it just states the same as the e-mail we got.. which is very "interesting"... The lawyer said that this is not common, but it also is nothing to worry about.. And the USCIS operator told us that the petitions ARE being forwarded to NVC.. So, idk, we'll just wait and see... I'll write here what those "documents" that they are sending back are...

@missads: Hah I'd be surprised if the "active duty" can make the immi process just SKIP the NVC part and go to card production.. If that were the case, those "hard-working" NVC and Embassy people will be jobless... haha
