Can anyone direct me to the link of the required docs the NVC needs for a CR1 IR1 visa, this is my second time going through as my case was just reaffirmed and I want to be clear nothing changed. Thanks in advance.

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_2991.html#6 Try this one. It explains the procedure step by step with the needed forms. But be careful. Some may be country specific. I'd also get in contact with other people on VJ that are from or are petitioning for spouses from Ghana.

Our case was also reaffirmed by USCIS (California) last month. It was sent to NVC (presumably to have the entry changed in the fraud database). Now it's been forwarded to the original embassy (Manila). I didn't need to send any fees this time or submit any documents. Our case (along with the additional evidence supplied to answer the NOIR) was sent directly to Manila after about 3 weeks at NVC. I imagine that if a third interview is scheduled, then we'll need to supply a new NBI clearance, retake medical at SLEC, supply recent employment letter, tax return, etc. Unfortunately, there's not much information about the process for reaffirmed petitions. I've been doing a lot of reading in the pinned post in the MENA forum to glean a few morsels. If all goes well, I hope to attend the interview so that the visa will be granted this time.
