Any CSC filers with IMBRA RFE received in July that are still waiting for a NOA2?

I am sick of waiting!! I filed in March and they have not even touched me since july 17th (IMBRA RFE receipt)

Anybody still out there in my situation?? I am getting worried....

Oh, yeah!!! You got lots of company here. I'm ready to go down to Laguna Niguel and start a picket line or something to get their attention. Nothing else has worked, and I've tried just about everything you can think of, senators, congressman, candles, prayers, emergency number calls, multiple wasted calls and emails to USCIS, NVC, certified letter to the CSC Director. Frankly, nobody seems to give a d**n. In the meantime, people who just filed in June or even July I think now, are getting their approvals. #######? I should have followed my instincts a couple of wasted months back, cancelled the old previously approved petition, and filed a new one. It would probably have sailed right through, just like the first one did, up until IMBRA. CRRAAAPPPP I"ve about had it!!!! :angry::bonk::dead::crying:

3/06/06 - NOA 1

3/31/06 - NOA 2

4/12/06 - NVC sent approved petition to Paris embassy

4/24/06 - fiance received instruction pkt (pkt 3)

5/05/06 - pkt 3 checklist returned to embassy

6/16/06 - CRIS-USCIS email "petition received"

6/21/06 - 1-797s (2) received, petition "received", "reopened" by CSC

6/26/06 - email, RFE sent

Kit kat and I are in the same situation. as are LD&RD and robhankins. all four of us are march filers waiting for anything positive

3/11/06 - 3/26/06 Visited my baby in the PI's

3/29/06 - K1 packet recieved at NSC

6/01/06 - Redirected to CSC

6/14/06 - CSC e-mailed confirmation on the reciept of file

6/23/06 - They they sent the IMBRA RFE

7/03/06 - The emailed that the IMBRA RFE went out on 6/23/06

7/03/06 - I received IMBRA RFE

7/05/06 - Touched

7/06/06 - Delivery Confirmation from the Post Office RFE recieved

7/11/06 - Email notification from CSC that IMBRA RFE Recieved

7/12/06 - Touched (but was to respond to an email that only said 'request recieved and will be processed within 30 days. argh)

Mine is 3-29 and still waiting tooo!!! Not even a goodnight kiss from CSC or a F*#k Off now......

US march filers should be approved ASAP..... This is total BS! I sent an inquiry today. Maybe that will at least get them to touch my file.

Hey, don't be getting lonely in here. We are all here to keep you company. There are a number of us on the good ship, "Feeling Abandoned". I have a feeling in my gut though that we may all see relief very soon. I believe!

I agree with Rob.... we will get there, but it feels like an eternity. I leave in two weeks to see my fiancee and would like to some positive news, instead looking stupid and having to explain how FU our gov't can be in processing paperwork. This sucks...... but we should try to remain optimistic and it will happen. Just not on our time frame.

I'm an April filer still waiting for my NOA2. I'm living in Japan, which means I sent back my RFE later than most people, so I'm still not expecting my NOA2 for a while.

Still, I feel most sorry for March filers, especially those that haven't gotten their RFE yet.

Does anyone get the feeling that CSC has slowed down again? From looking at these message boards, it seemed like there was a wave of people who started getting their NOA2's a week or two ago. Now it seems more like a trickle.

If you want to throw up, check out the K1 thread where a guy filed August 1 and got NOA2 on August 15.

I am happy to see anyone have success with their approval, but this is getting rediculous. My file has not been touched since RFE was received well over a month ago. I am an RCH away from flying to the PHILS and getting married with I130 paperwork in hand. I see K3 visas approved in 3 months.
