Hello can you help me..we have recieved ds 3032 and my father needs to sign this form. The problem is my father is in abroad and return by september.

Can i scan/photocopy ds 3032? Then send to my father after he sign he will send to us the signed copy by post mail then we will be the one to send in NVC?

or my father will just print the link http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/80023.pdf ? how about the barcode ?

Do some research on "shortcuts" and you will find a letter that your father can email to NVC instead of the 3032. This is email and will save a lot of time and money.

1. if you received it via email, your father has also. if you receive it via postal mail - OUCH !

2. must be original signature, but SURE !

3. could come in to NVC from anywhere in the world, including your home address.

4. absolutely ! use a black sharpie pen, write in the MNL case # instead of using barcode.
