Question for whoever knows this please input please.

Me and my wife have been married almost a year.. She resides currently in Philippines. We have a son together. I am the Biological father. We are working on her Visa and almost completed with it. Question is : Am I going to have to file a separate i-130 for him? Considering he will be a USC after we file the required forms with the Embassy. He is eligible for USC due to my status as a USC.

No, if he is elligible for CRBA,you cannot file a visa for him, he must enter the US on his US passport.
