OK this may sound stupid, but can someone please tell me what Service Center we have to go through? The US Citizen lives in Olympia Washington,so usually it would be Nebraska, but with all the transfers is it California now and for how long if so?We want to put our petition in by November but I would like to do as much as possible in paperwork(as in writing it) and need the Service Centers Addy for that purpose.

Sorry if this ones stupid......

Thanks

Continue to follow USCIS guidance and updates as they are released.

As of now, you file in Nebraska and they will transfer for you.

This may change by November, so keep checking for updates as you get close to your filing date.

If the forms still say Nebraska when you're filing in November, then send it to Nebraska as they will send it to the appropriate place. However, by then, they may have reedited the papers to make people send it directly to somewhere else-- There's no real way to tell now, as far as I know.

I'd fill out the forms for Nebraska for now but be prepared to fix it later if any major changes go on.

If Nebraska Service Center has jurisdiction over the area of residence of the petition then one still has to submit the forms to the NSC. They will then forward it onto CSC.
