Hello guys. I received my hard copy of NOA1 and dated July 20th. I heard that people get RFE after 2 weeks of the NOA1 being received. Should I worry to get one since its been over 1 month now?

BE AFRAID! BE VERY AFRAID!

No, seriously, you should just relax. If you get an RFE within a couple of weeks of the NOA1 then it means you forgot something obvious, like a required form or a signature. You could also get an RFE two or three months later, when the petition is being adjudicated, if the adjudicator thinks some of your evidence is questionable, or more evidence is needed.

An RFE is nothing to be afraid of. If you get one then just provide what they ask for. In the meantime, try to relax!
