Got the mail today. From the US Dept. of Commerce -

"You will be receiving a survey in a few weeks about the Census. Please fill it out and return to..."

And they wonder why we're in debt.

Ensure your beneficiary makes and brings with them to the States a copy of the DS-3025 (vaccination form)

If the government is going to force me to exercise my "right" to health care, then they better start requiring people to exercise their Right to Bear Arms. - "Where's my public option rifle?"

My census letters were as follows:

Letter 1: Your census will be there in 2 weeks.

Letter 2: Your census will be there in 2 days.

Letter 3: Actual census

Letter 4: We never received your census, here's a second one. (ignored)

*knock at door*: You didn't fill out a census.. Yes I did, now leave.

*knock at door a week later* You didn't fill out census. Yes I did, now leave.

I don't hate the government anymore than I hate my wife. I don't like the way they do things sometimes.

My census letters were as follows:

Letter 1: Your census will be there in 2 weeks.

Letter 2: Your census will be there in 2 days.

Letter 3: Actual census

Letter 4: We never received your census, here's a second one. (ignored)

Mine was very similar to that as well. Now I guess they're following up with this survey. I fully expect another letter to warn me that a letter will be coming and then maybe even a follow up with an actual employee. They really want this count to be accurate!

Sounds like one of those "hope and change" job seekers who bolstered our employment rates for a few months.
