I called NVC and got my case number. Now I don't know what to you for them to send me the package for I-864. In addition I am not sure where they are going to send DS-3032. See in my wife's country there are street addresses but no mail boxes yet. The country is still using PO BOX. On I-130 the instructions tell you not to put P.O.BOX address. I don't know how my wife will get the DS-3032. Can she go to the embassy for that?

It'll save you tons of time if you just print them out yourself and fill them out, waiting for NVC to send you the forms will take months.

The DS-3032 can even be e-mailed.
