The manager is right in what she did, just wrong in how she did it... She should have told Bessie up front that the equip cant handle a huge load like that and she needed to charge extra to offset the damage/ wear and tear on the equip.... I would have said heres your 5 bucks fat azz.. dont come back.... The manager only needs a sign that says fees may vary based on impact on equip. its a nail salon not a ferrier service!

I once seen a fat cow in Wal Mart being pushed around in a wheel chair by her family members. She was being hateful, rude and screaming at them if they even dared breath. She was angrily ordering one of them to pick something up halfway down the isle for her but they weren't understanding what her ignorant #### wanted. Finally she got off of her fat butt walked all the way down the isle and got it herself, then she walked back to her wheelchair and sat down for them to start pushing her around again
