Im helping my fiance fill out the online application for her CENOMAR.

It asks for the purpose, and allows you to select some answers, only two of the answers would apply:

"Passport/Travel" or "Others".

She allready has a passport, so im thinking select "Others" and where it asks for "Particulars" put "K1 Visa".

Is this correct?

Hi! When I was filling up my CENOMAR application, I've chosen Passport/Travel from the drop down menu.

Others. Have her get her NBI clearance also.

Update it right before her USEM interview.

Have her do St. Lukes as soon as you guys have the NOA 2 approval notice.
