I-485 concurrent filing I130, working on H1, need I765?

I am filing I-485 (Immediate Relative (spouse) - Family Based Adjustment Appln with concurrent I-130 filing). I am currently working on H1B. So should I also file for I-765? or can I continue to work without filing that form. Will I be eligible to work after I receive my Green Card, if I had not filed I765?

-entered US - F1 Aug 2005

-OPT Jan 2008

-H1 approved Oct 2008 - Sept 2011 (valid now)

-married to F1 Feb 2010 (husband got citizenship Jun 2010, US Army)

-application preparation now - Aug 2010
