Hi everyone, ok so this morning I sent in my AOS package based on my 90 days within getting married to a USC, I came on my K-1.

Anyhow, according to the directions, there's 2 addresses to send the package too

US Mail: USCIS PO Box 805887 Chicago, IL

OR

Express Mail & Courier Deliveries: USCIS Attn: FBAS 131 South Dearborn 3rd Floor Chiacgo, IL

we sent it express mail but by US Mail so I figured because of sending it w/ US Mail that you'd send it to the first address.......

did we make a mistake? I know they'll get it at either address though correct?

Hi, we just had a similar experience but with bad results. We sent the same package on Tuesday USPS Express Mail to the second address because it seemed the correct address for overnight mail according to the instructions. However we just looked on the USPS website and it said they could not deliver our Express mail to the second address and says they will return it to us in 5 days if no one comes to pick it up at the post office in Chicago (and of course we know immigration won't pick it up at the post office.)

Now we don't know what to do???? Has anyone had a similar experience? What should we do??

Thanks

hey yah lol that's what we thought too! and that's why i made this thread....we sent ours to the first address and required someone to sign for the package! So 2 notices where left in their mail box and someone did go to the post office and sign for it and pick it up that day! and I have the name of the person who did so........just wait a couples days! if they send it back....no big deal, try the other address! We sent ours express mail by USPS as well....and they got it the next day-same day the notifications were left in their box
