Just talk with my fiancé on skype and we got the noa2 today in the mail!!!!!!!!!! soooo happy...so insanely happy! NOA1 date July 6...and the noa2 date it's probably November 16!!! the petition was last touched on November 16. This is such a relief! I saw that other VJ members got touched that day..so i think more NOA2 are on thei way! Wish you guys all the luck in this world!

What state does your fiance live? I was touched on 11.16 and live in Kansas City but it did not come in the mail today.

i sure hope so... it's odd because chicago is further from California than KC.

I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY, i woke up this morning and opened my email, there was 1 new email, and i was really really hope if the email from USCIS, but it was from my Fiance, and i was thinking, yeah,that is fine, maybe i will get email from USCIS tomorrow, but after i opened the email, my fiance sent me 1 pic, and the pic is NOA2, he got it in the mail today YAY...... !!!!! finally, after 1 RFE, the case status on USCIS Site still says "Request for Evidence Response Review" :lol:

If anyone wants the latest news, we didn't get the NOA2 in the mail today. My fiance lives in Michigan...hopefully tomorrow. He's home all week so I expect prompt mailbox news this week. I was there today and I waited very impatiently for the mailbox lid to close. It's quite loud...I was in the bathroom and I heard it close! Haha...only stupid flyers though. Argh.

I'm excited for you all! We got our RFE in the mail which at least I can get it all sent back this week hopefully...not quite as exciting as the NOA2's. Best of luck to all, but I'm signing out of this particular forum cause it's too hard. But a MILLION heartfelt congrats to everyone moving. Please say a prayer for us!

I called NVC to see if they received our file since we got touched a week ago and no mail or online status change.

And guess what NVC said?

IT'S THERE!!!!!!!!!!!
