its so sad...they said that k1 can be done within 3 months to 6 months...we are only at noa1 and its taking us 5 months (150 days) and counting to have our noa2...what is happening? what is the delay all about? its ok to wait but it seems forever waiting. we have a child and he is longing for us to be complete...he miss her mother so much and for 2 years they are apart...all I can do is wait wait wait and pray that it will come!hope they can speed it up for us june filers...i hope...

this maybe out of topic but i have a strong feeling members here have the right answer....

my noa2 was touched (and hopefully approved) on nov 17.....

my concern is...... by december, i have to move around for my volunteer work.....

and during that time US embassy manila might send me the letter.....

i have to do some steps to receive it the soonest....

would anybody here let me know what courier they use?????

that way, i will try to make arrangements with the concerned courier as i live alone....

this matters a lot to me.....

I just received an email.

And guess what, my case was approved yesterday the 19th, same day as it was touched. I guess they just updated the system today.

Yeah!!! What a long waiit! Almost hit 5 months.

10.15.14 - RFE (missing documentation)

10.21.14 - RFE response received in NYC facility

11.04.14 - Oath ceremony scheduled, approved!

11.19.14 - Oath ceremony (8:30am) in Brooklyn - Completed! DONE WITH USCIS!

04/26/2010 - Met in Philippines (for 2 weeks)

05/08/2010 - Officially engaged!! ( He sent the engagement ring 09/24/2010 and he proposed to me on bended knee in Philippines with the second part of engagement ring) *melting*

06/18/2010 - I-129F package Sent

06/21/2010 - NOA1

06/24/2010 - Touched

09/23/2010 - Touched (when I contacted the Congressman's office)

11/15/2010 - Touched (hopefully the approval)

11/17/2010 - NOA2 (Received hard copy 11/22/2010)

12/01/2010 - Received a letter from DOS dated 11/29/2010 stating that the petition will be forwared to USE AD within a week and that I will received the packets very soon from embassy.

01/18/2011 - Interview. APPROVED!!! No words can express how happy i am.

01/25/2011 - VISA in hand! YAY!!!

02/20/2011 - POE Chicago (O'hare)

Dec. 06, 2010- paid Visa fee at BPI
