Hey! I AM from WI. Thanks for the tip; still no NOA2 after your RFE? What did they ask for? I'm really hoping that it comes before Thanksgiving so that I can hopefully get it out before Thanksgiving, too.

they asked for :

1. proof of meeting within 2 years

2. circumstance of meeting and the last personal met

3. letter intent to marry "i have no clue about this, we sent those letter intent on initial petition...

since u live in milwaukee, hopefully u will get it less than 1 week, cos my fiance got it after 1 week and he lives in county highway T :)

u will get it soon, mail back wht they want, and lets pray for noa2, :)

Yes, I had like 5 photos w/every detail listed out about where we were, with whom, when for every trip we've taken both here and Spain. A lawyer looked it all over and said there was nothing missing. I'm going to have my pastor write a letter because we've already met re: the wedding. I'll get MORE photos together, passport photocopies and anything else I can think of.

I don't think the system has been updating properly for ages, most people just get touched then the hard copy NOA2. A lot of approved couples are reporting that their status still says "initial review".

The mailman is my best friend right now.

I'm not referring to the USCIS site, but rather the email/text notification... seems like some weeks it sends out sutff and other weeks it doesn't function and people just get surprises in the mail.

Anyone else get a touch today? I can't check at work so I'm making my fiance check ours shortly.

No new touches. I did some reading back on this page and several people got one touch and then saw an approval in the mail. I know we all know that, but I still felt like actually seeing how many people it happened to. I didn't read every page of this thread but by like the 10th page, the one touch approval happened to about 5 people.

Basically we know that lately, CSC hasn't been working on cases and then not doing anything. Every single touch mentioned lately has led either to an approval or an RFE. Right? No meaningless touches to be found! And that's what I am soooooo happy about!!!

Yes, that seems to be correct. Nothing for FOREVER, then a touch, then an RFE or approval if you're lucky!
