I always read this forum. and tonight i admit that im a bit jealous to all who get their NOA2. i dont receive a notification from USCIS but when i checked our case status, im so happy to find out that our application was approved and they already send yesterday November 4.im so happy tonight. i better inform my fiance right now about this and to tell him to check his mail from now on. I wish i can spend christmas with him.

I know! I am so happy about these approvals. When the first few July filers hear back I might cry.

Gap1 and ygr i wish you guys get them very very soon so you can celebrate with us and feel the tons of lbs lifted off your shoulders!!! I cried when my dad called and said it got the approval, its just so intense! My fiance sounded like he was on cloud 9. After all this time an amazing feeling! And i can only imagine how we would feel on our wedding day :)

you know the responsibility for the beneficiary just starts after the second notice of action,all the document you have to put together and all,but im ready,all that is missing is noa 2,which is obviously on its way :dance:

Yeah I've been preparing my fiance (the beneficiary) for months. He's ready. We are ready. We just need that stupid NoA2!

under what circumstances have you met,he got the year wrong.i talked to gary of garyandalla tho,he said it wont be a problem since what matters is the date that we have met and not when we started talking,thank god :innocent:

Yeah I just took that question as asking to describe the circumstances in which we met in person, not how you met as friends or acquaintances. I described the 4 trips we took together in the last 2 years. We met as friends in 07, but I didn't see that as relevant for the purpose of the I-129F since they're just asking us to prove that we met in person. I figure they'll ask for more specific relationship detail at the adjustment of status stage. Hopefully that's right.

We met in person in 07 a few times, but again we weren't romantic yet and it was before the 2 year cut off for the application.
