As happy as I am for everyone getting approvals it's just getting me down that we still have a month or more to wait. I think I need to stay off this forum for a few weeks.

they are going to come up with the good ol " it has to be PAST five months mark" most likely,unless they have gotten a clue in the past week or two.

oh i would call and i would raise hell,i have been talking about it since,the third month.the only good thing about going over five months is being able to do something

Yeah, I'm giving them them a call first thing tomorrow - I think that it has to technically be past 5 months.

let us know what they say. I am at 141 days today. Looks like CSC took the week off again as there are no approvals posted to Igor's list.

Now, now, let's not jump to conclusions. Some people on this thread never saw their status change by the time their NOA2 came in the mail. And don't forget, VJ members are only a small percentage of USCIS' workload.

I'm hopeful you'll all have your NOA2s very soon.

very true, but in looking at the USCIS site, the case numbers that were posted earlier...nothing approved yet this week. Maybe today.

Nobody hopes you are right more then I do. I hope all 30 I129F's on the USCIS site filed between 6/1 and 6/8 that have not been updated are all in the mail.

This is precisely why I think looking at other people's cases is a bad idea. The more you know, the more it drives you insane. VJ is bad enough for that as it is...

Our online case status still says "initial review". I beg to differ, since we have the hard copy of the approval in hand. Don't put too much faith in the online status thing.... you could get a very nice surprise one of these days, as we did.

I dont. But I do note that yours was at least touched prior to them mailing your NOA2. At this point, even a touch would be something. Now if they mail the NOA2 without a touch thats fine too..
