Yeah I can't wait to start looking!!! I have to wait until my contract is signed which should be in late October before we start looking officially. I work for a temp agency now, so I have to wait until I'm permanent.

We went and ate out, not much else!!! We're trying to save every penny for the house. We don't have much, no kitchen stuff, or towels and all that stuff... We're starting from scratch!!! It's exciting though, I get to buy all kinds of things!

Glad to see your area is safe and sound! The weather is so crazy down south! I'm not used to it!

Awww... Well, welcome back 'home' I guess!!! Did you have a good visit? I can't wait to go!!! Do you guys have tricks for staying up while driving? I'm not big on 5 Hours Energy shots though...

I think I'll fly in late February too... Depends on how the house hunting is going! We'll see!

How's everyone else doing?

Cold air and loud music lol Also a lot of sleep the night before leaving. I really have no idea how Chris can drive for 12 hours straight. I am falling asleep about 8 hours into our trip usually.

We are doing good here. Just waiting for Oct. to get here so we can visit Canada again.

Life is like a roller coaster. Hold on tight and enjoy the ride!

We leave for Canada on Saturday. I am so excited to have a Canadian thanksgiving dinner. I don't like most of the food they make here in Georgia for Thanksgiving. I am hoping the boarder goes as smooth as it did last time mostly for the Canadian side. Last time because we were crossing at like 5am and we were with all Canadians the guy didn't even look at our passports. We will see how this time goes when we cross. I hope everyone has a safe and happy trip to Canada and back.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I sure am thankful that I am with my husband in the U.S. now. (L)

I'm going to learn spanish! My fiance and I were talking tonight about jobs and it will be helpful to learn spanish. So I am looking forward to that!

Now, am I able to go to school on my visa? It would be a non credit course, and won't be starting until January I think.

I'm not sure actually, you might want to look at a specific school's registrar requirements. I don't see why not, but definitely worth looking into!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Hope you're having a great weekend! :star:

Hey everyone!

Long time no talk!!! Just came back from our long weekend in Quebec, it was awesome! Crossing the border was pain free and very quick, which was nice! It was so nice to see everyone again and have some Tim Hortons coffee!!!

I'll be going back up in February on my own I think. I'll fly this time, the 14 hour drive in the winter? Not for me!

How is everyone else doing? Any plans for Christmas? I'm super excited, one of my brothers will be coming down for Christmas, that'll be nice!

Alright, well hoep ya'll are doing good!
