I haven't POE'd yet. I'm POEing Oct. 19 and wil be getting married in late Novemeber. So i guess i'm the last one to be doing all this. But I will post, ask questions and ride this out.

Hey guys, I'm trying to go through all these forms but am confused by a couple questions on my first attempt haha of course... on the I-765, question #14 "manner of last entry" and "current immigration status", what is the proper wording I should be putting?

and what on earth does #16 mean? Its not even a question haha.

07/17/2014 check cashed by USCIS

10/01/2014 found out we are expecting baby #2 June 2015!

12/15/2014 NOA2

12/30/2014 Case received by NVC

03/23/2015 Received Case and Inv # from NVC after many calls and bogus excuses.

03/24/2015 AOS payment accepted by NVC

04/09/2015 IV payment finally accepted by NVC after the set the wrong fee and took weeks to correct it.

*many more delays thanks to the agency processing my fingers prints to the RCMP and the post office losing our mail*

05/20/2015 Packet sent to NVC via UPS, eta May 28.

06/16/2015 Baby #2 due - homebirth in Scottsdale, AZ

Nice! I'm hoping to send off my AOS package by early next week! Got all the paperwork completed...just waiting on the marriage certificate. It wasn't as bad as I had anticipated to get together, I'm worried I've forgotten some huge thing!

Well I'm leaving here in a second to send the package off! I'm already stressing out about whether or not I'll run into any trouble. I'm the most worried about the I-864. We didn't use a co-sponsor since we didn't need one at the interview after all, but I'm nervous they'll think otherwise for this... Well, hopefully they'll send an RFE and not just flat out deny it!

I sent mine on September 25 and just received my e-notification. I'll let you know when I get my actual NOA1.

SSN card received (FINALLY!)- 10/23/10

Upon further review of the instructions on this site I will not be meeting with the civil surgeon, but only copying proof of payment of when I had my medical done along with copies of my vaccine records. I think I read over #11 of the guidelines 100 times and I am confident that I do not need to meet with anyone to go over my documents. What a relief haha.

I am sending my package tomorrow. Annoying thing is had I read into it earlier I would have sent it off on the 27th! D'OH! Oh well.

We're having our reception/BBQ on October 23rd. My Mom, sister and best friend are flying out to support me. As much as I look forward to receiving my EAD, I really am enjoying being a 'lady of leisure'. (: Now all I need to do is train my pup to let me sleep in (:

EAD Received- 11/23/10

Interview - 02/07/11 APPROVED!

I am now a U.S. Permanent Resident!!

We just got a puppy last month! He is a 4 month old Olde English Bulldogge... looks more like an American Bulldog and Boxer though haha he still needs to grow. He's gonna be big. He is not enjoying me working on all this paperwork... especially since he lost his first tooth he keeps chewing on any paper he can find. So I keep all mine high and secure out of puppy reach. My husband jokes I am a stay at home mom to our puppy haha.

10/01/2014 found out we are expecting baby #2 June 2015!

12/15/2014 NOA2

12/30/2014 Case received by NVC

03/23/2015 Received Case and Inv # from NVC after many calls and bogus excuses.

03/24/2015 AOS payment accepted by NVC

04/09/2015 IV payment finally accepted by NVC after the set the wrong fee and took weeks to correct it.

*many more delays thanks to the agency processing my fingers prints to the RCMP and the post office losing our mail*

05/20/2015 Packet sent to NVC via UPS, eta May 28.

06/16/2015 Baby #2 due - homebirth in Scottsdale, AZ

Hi Rose416!!! Yep, my brother and his wife are coming down, very excited!!!

Tater&#######, good luck with the pup teething!!! You should see our back porch, the ENTIRE screen is destroyed, thanks to Tobias (yeah, goofy name for a dog... It's from a character in Arrested Development) So did you send your package today?
